Cookie Policy

Last updated: 23 September 2026

This revision: added Google Ads conversion measurement to the marketing category, named the identifiers it may use and listed Google Ads as a provider. If you accepted marketing cookies before this revision, you are asked again, and no marketing technology runs until you answer.

1. What this policy covers

This Cookie Policy explains how ServX uses cookies and similar browser technologies on the pre-launch ServX website. It should be read with the Privacy Policy. The current site uses necessary storage for core functionality/consent management and may use optional analytics and marketing technologies only after the relevant consent is given.

2. What cookies and similar technologies are

Cookies are small text files stored on a device by a website. Similar technologies, including browser localStorage, pixels and tags, can store or access information on a device or transmit information about interactions with a website. In this policy, “cookies” is used as a convenient collective term unless a distinction matters.

3. Categories used on ServX

Strictly necessary — always active. These technologies are used only where necessary to provide a function you request or to operate essential security and consent-management features. They may include storage that records your cookie choices. They are not used for advertising and are not switched off through the consent panel where they are strictly necessary.

Analytics — optional. If you consent, ServX uses Google Analytics to understand aggregated/usage patterns such as page visits, traffic sources and interactions. The analytics tag must remain blocked until analytics consent is recorded. You can refuse analytics without losing access to the basic marketing website.

Marketing — optional. If you separately consent, ServX uses the Meta Pixel and Google Ads conversion measurement to measure advertising performance and related interactions. Meta technologies may set or read identifiers such as _fbp and, in relevant circumstances, _fbc. Google Ads may set or read identifiers such as _gcl_au and, after you click one of our ads, _gcl_aw. ServX does not use Google Ads for remarketing. Marketing consent is separate from analytics consent. Refusing one does not automatically refuse or accept the other.

ServX also uses Google Tag Manager, a tag-management service that loads the technologies described above on the Website. It is loaded only after you consent to at least one optional category, and it is told which categories you accepted: a technology it manages may only act within the category you consented to. If you accept no optional category, Google Tag Manager is not loaded at all.

4. Consent and default setting

Non-essential analytics and marketing technologies must be OFF by default. They are activated only after a clear affirmative choice for the relevant category. Closing the banner, ignoring it, scrolling or continuing to browse is not treated as consent. “Reject non-essential” must be available as a genuine choice and should be presented with comparable prominence to “Accept all”.

Your selected preferences may be stored in necessary browser storage for up to six months so the Website can remember your choice. If the stored choice expires, is missing, becomes invalid after a material consent change, or is deleted from your browser, the Website may ask again.

5. Current providers

  • Google Analytics — provider: Google Ireland Limited. Purpose: optional website analytics after consent.
  • Meta Pixel — provider: Meta Platforms Ireland Limited. Purpose: optional advertising measurement/marketing after separate consent.
  • Google Ads — provider: Google Ireland Limited. Purpose: optional measurement of advertising performance, such as a waiting-list sign-up after an ad click, after separate marketing consent.
  • Google Tag Manager — provider: Google Ireland Limited. Purpose: managing the optional technologies listed here, after consent to at least one optional category.
  • ServX consent storage — first-party necessary storage used to remember consent choices and the version of the consent configuration.

Exact cookie names, durations and provider behaviour can change when third-party services update. The panel should display the active categories and available controls, and this policy should be updated if ServX introduces a materially different tracking technology or purpose.

6. Changing or withdrawing consent

You may change or withdraw optional consent at any time through the “” link in the Website footer. Withdrawal applies for the future. ServX will stop loading the relevant optional tags after the preference is changed and will attempt to remove first-party-accessible analytics or marketing cookies set through the Website where technically feasible. Browser or third-party restrictions may prevent complete deletion of information already stored by another provider; withdrawal does not make prior lawful processing unlawful.

7. Browser controls

You can also use browser settings to block or delete cookies. Blocking strictly necessary storage may prevent the Website from remembering your privacy choice or may affect certain requested functions. Browser controls do not replace the Website’s responsibility to obtain consent before using non-essential technologies.

8. International processing

Optional third-party analytics and marketing providers may process information outside the European Economic Area. Where personal data is transferred internationally, the applicable safeguards are described in the Privacy Policy and in the relevant provider documentation.

9. Changes

We may update this Cookie Policy when technologies, purposes or legal requirements change. If a change requires a new consent, the relevant optional technology will not be treated as authorised merely because you consented to a materially different purpose previously.

10. Contact

Questions about cookies or privacy may be sent to info@servx.mt. You may also use the Website footer’s “” control at any time to manage optional consent.
